How To Create Space & Find Clarity

Lovelies! Yes, we are still talking about Spring Cleaning, specially creating SPACE since this is a big topic and goes hand in hand with feeling boundless. As the weather gets warmer and the days are longer, there is so much inspiration and energy in the air. It’s the perfect time to start fresh, get moving and start making positive changes! When we are able to make room – energetically, we shift our mindset to create space for new opportunities, new ideas, new relationships and begin to feel boundless. We start peeling back the layers of negative self talk and “stories” to begin to create new experiences.

Spring is the perfect time to make room and create space, literally. We are able to design our sacred space, at home and work. We make choices and put intention into all aspects of our lives….don’t skip the small stuff. Rethink your bedroom and your morning/nighttime ritual. How can you make your bed a scared space where you can have restful nights to sleep and ease into the morning with clarity, ready to take on the day? How can you make your kitchen a sacred space where you share meals and create memories with your friends and family? How can you put extra intention into working with your hands in your backyard or garden? All the small tasks we do every single say matter. So, how can we do them with intention to create space and find clarity?

Here are 3 ways to begin to create space in all aspects of your life. These simple tips will help you gain a deeper sense of clarity and room to invite more into your life!

1. MOVE. In the colder months, we tend to stay in, curled up on the couch, turning down those party invites. Now that the sun is shining and the days are longer, enjoy a long walk and get the blood flowing. Call a friend to join you for a day a workout class. Say yes, to meeting friends for a night out and have fun! Move in a way that feels to go you.
2. TAKE INVENTORY. Put time on the calendar to take notice of what’s going on in your home. Take inventory of what you have accumulated throughout the year and what you can get rid of – how can you declutter and make space to fill your home with positive energy. Donate old clothes and books and clean out the fridge and cabinets. How do you want to fill these spaces that would be best for you at this very moment. What do YOU really need that will light you up?
3. Let Go. Let go of whatever is holding you back – old thought patterns, relationships and friendships that no longer serve you. It’s hard to create space for new experiences and new connections if you are holding on to your past. A great way to release these thoughts is by journaling and forgiving. Begin to have gratitude for all of your experiences, good and bad, for all the lessons you’ve learned.

Begin to start believing in the best possible scenario for you and everything will start to fall into place. Step Into Greatness!
