What is it that you are currently struggling with?

Is it a test that you’ve been studying for months, and just can’t seem to jump right in?
Or maybe it’s courage to tell someone how you really feel about them, perhaps maybe a relationship with someone that is really pulling you down that you need to kick to the curb… Or maybe it’s diving into a new business idea but not convinced it’s a sure thing…

We are some of our hardest critics! This ongoing chatter that occurs within our minds, can be frustrating, not to mention limiting. How many times can you hear that little voice inside your head telling you ‘you’re not good enough’ ‘it’s not a good time’ ‘don’t do it, it’s better that you know what you’re getting into’ ‘study harder, take the test in another month’ ‘there’s so many people with the same idea’ and on and on you go.

Learning to quiet that inner angst, thoughts- and turning off the power button on that loud chatter in your head is a must.

Besides.. what really is fear? Take a moment to digest… What is it that you are truly afraid of? I mean, what is the worst outcome that could possibly happen? Now.. write it down. Underneath that, now jot down 3 things that will happen if you don’t pursue it…

Sometimes- it’s that fear of the unchartered territory, where you haven’t gone, it’s comforting to know what ‘you already know’… but many times there is magic and absolute beauty in being comfortable with discomfort.

Challenge yourself.  You will be growing in the process, and at the end of the day, isn’t that what life’s about- growth and the journey?
